    Place sous vide chopped chicken in a small pot . Using two forks (or your hands!), shred into smaller pieces.

    Add bbq sauce and southwest spice blend to the pot. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly coated and heated through ⏱️ 3 minutes . Season with salt and black pepper .

    In a large bowl , combine smoky ranch salad kit and white wine vinegar . Toss until evenly dressed. Meanwhile, toast brioche buns in a skillet or toaster until golden ⏱️ 1 minute .
